Yes, this is the same blizzard. 500% damage on 12 mobs at level 1, 800% on 16 at max. I don't get... it has a time factor as well. 40 seconds at max... No MP cost. Don't really get it.

He means that it's a support skill...like magic armor, power guard, meditate, focus, etc. etc.
