I thought it was going to be characters before I clicked on it. I expected an entire thread of people making fun of kids that try to be dark and edgy. Also why doesn't the address say 4chan? That's clearly /tg/

It looks like it's a site that archives /tg/ posts. And I'm glad that you, too, were pleasantly surprised with the thread.

What confused me is that I could still click the buttons to go to the other boards and it would bring me there on 4chan.org
I think I'm going to send my friend the thread, he's a pretty big tabletop gamer and he wants to try to get into DMing so he'll probably find it useful.

All I see is a goose thread.

you are a good guy, usually a hear with some powers or something special that makes you different from the average joe. You go on quest for some reason or another, of varying importance. You beat the bad guy.

A nice chuckle, but not epic enough. Going to link some favorites of mine. I'd like to add one more, but it's... extremely obscene and has a high chance of requiring brain bleach, so won't be linking it here.

I read through that. It was a glorious way to derail a campaign + as'shole people.

I just hope I can do something like that someday. I really need to get into D&D or Pathfinder or something, a few friends and I tried to set up our own game, but none of us had any experience and we didn't really take it seriously so it fell apart pretty fast. My friend is in a really crappy game right now (corrupt/inexperienced DM, annoying players, etc.) and he's just waiting for one of the other players to give him an opportunity to ruin everything (and I get to help plan).
