Regarding KMS's maplestory RED patch (skill/core books)

Hi, I have read on Orange Mushroom's blog that they were removing skill/core book requirements, but does this apply only to adventurers (due to their revamped skills) or does this also apply to Aran/Evan?

Would be nice to hear from people who have info on KMS.

As far as I know, in KMS Evan don't have to buy mastery books from cash shop, it's GMS exclusive I supposed :-\
