I was expecting something completely different from "basic attack".

Oh.. Kaisers.
HMag shouldn't be that hard with that kind of damage.
I went on a Hard mag run with friends using just the snowballs you get from trading in rascal snow pieces during x'mas (it's hilarious). We were very close with 5 attackers plus 1 binder.
kaisers don't count.
I...was expecting and hoping for actual basic attacks, not Kaiser.... Oh well. :|
Hi
Do summons count as attacking skills?
One that was difficult to record.
Regarding the comments on how Kaiser's regular attack doesn't count:
I do agree it's much superior to the basic attack of say, an Explorer. However, keep in mind it has no utility past 1st Job; even at 4th Job, the damage of each line only ranges from 140~160%. I thought it would be somewhat eye-opening to see it being used as comparison to other classes' regular bossing tactics, after discovering how fast it can hit although less strongly.
At 4th job Kaiser's dragon slash does 3 hits of 210%, 5 hits of 190%, and then 5 more hits of 200%.... it has plenty of utility and is farrr stronger than just a standard whack to the head. Hell, that thing probably outdamages beast Tamers alone.
What exactly are you trying to make this an eye opener to? Cool idea, but I don't get what you're trying to show with your last statement.
I'm fairly certain that the skill is 140%~160% (each "boost" it gets from job advancement is overriden by the following one). I hit significantly less on Dragon Slash than on Wingbeat (20~30m on physical resist with the former, cap with the latter) If it was 190%~210% I probably wouldn't have gone through the trouble of making these since others have done videos on wingbeat-only kills before.
Maybe it would be more accurate to say that it's a skill that has no utility relative to most, if not all of Kaiser's other attacks. It has an extremely short range, cannot be held down, and inhibits the ability to jump during the middle of an attack chain. I'd hoped it would be interesting to see all the bosses killed by digging up a class feature that's forgotten after 1st Job, while still clearing them in times comparable to other classes.
About "eye-opening": is there a better way to phrase it? (If I post it elsewhere in the future it would be preferred if I'm not coming off as hyping it up or mislabelling it)
EDIT:
Plugged in a few models of how the boosts for Dragon Slash are applied onto a damage sheet; looks like the closest model is that the skill itself remains at 50/60/70% but the job advancements give it an active total damage bonus that stack with each other at every job advancement. (+200% total damage at 4th job)

you guys need to stop being little bitxhes and just enjoy the video that he made or just not comment at all lmao
must be a reason why kaisers are popular among hackers
Next one~
I don't mind the criticism, but it would be preferred if people who didn't think it was all that great to leave a suggestion on what I could do instead, for the next batch of videos (or even a one-off). I can understand why people are neutral about it but that doesn't really help me make new content!
