Were there times when Nexon gave free Ability Points?

Nearly 2 years ago, there was this Evolving Ring 3 event going on. But then there were lots of DDoS and as part of the compensation Nexon gave players 10 AP for free, which meant that they would have more total AP built.

Are/Were there similar events/compensations that gave players some free AP? And I'm not talking about bonus ones from skills or equips.

I don't believe there was anything else ever like that again. those points carry over through resets too.

Feels like a triple rarity at this point, with bonus AP, being an UA, and having the bonus exp silent crusade ring.

think they gave us 10ap once, also i think they gave us free ap this year as i recall
