[Notice] v.233 Hotfixes - July 14, 2022

In the midst of our scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, we sometimes perform hotfixes to address a variety of bugs and issues without bringing down the servers. We will use this post as a collective hub to update our players with the hotfix details, such as when and which fix was applied. Each time there is an update, this post will be bumped up on our news page and the update will clearly be indicated with the date the hotfix was applied.*We hope that this will be a useful record and helpful information for our players.

  • Fixed the issue where Starlight Symphony's Starlight Chariot Daily Missions did not reset until the Starlight Chariot UI was opened after 12:00 AM UTC.*

  • Fixed the issue where Starlight Symphony's Starlight Chariot Daily Missions did not reset until the Starlight Chariot UI was opened after 12:00 AM UTC.*
• July 4, 2022
  
  • As mentioned on our webpost,*the 20,000 Maple Point Gift Certificate from the New Journey event's Lv. 220 reward will temporarily not be distributed until we further investigate the issue

  • We distributed the following compensation to players that were affected by the issue where Lucid (Hard) and Will (Hard) did not drop soul shards once defeated between*June 23 (after maintenance) and June 30 (before maintenance):
    
    • Characters with a record of defeating Lucid (Hard) between June 23 (after maintenance) and June 30 (before maintenance)
      
      • Lucid Soul Shard
    • Characters with a record of defeating Will (Hard) between June 23 (after maintenance) and June 30 (before maintenance)
      
      • Will Soul Shard
    • Please claim the items via your in-game Gift Drop prior to July 20 at 11:59 PM UTC.
  • We temporarily blocked the access to Tengu boss battle until we address the issue mentioned in this post.
  • Fixed the issue where the 4-hour 2x EXP Special Coupon is incorrectly displayed as 1-day 2x EXP Special Coupon despite functioning for 4 hours as intended.

  • As mentioned on our web post, we distributed 50\% of the Cubes that were used without the Magical Miracle Time effect active to players in Aurora, Bera, Elysium, Luna, and Scania Worlds. Please claim the cubes from the in-game Gift Drop prior to July 29 at 11:59 PM UTC.
    
    • Note:*There is an issue where a stack of cubes appears as 1 in the Gift Drop. Once player claim the item from the Gift Drop, the correct amount of cubes will be distributed.
