What monsters drop these recipes?

I've been looking for these recipes in fm for a while now with no luck.

Resistance potion
Exp accumulation potion

Anyone happen to know what drops them?

Check your monster book for drops, it would most likely be empress or no mobs at all
They were also from the legend shop so next time we get another event like that check that
