I thought only certain forums were purged. The Funhouse never recovered.

If I'm not mistaken Eos just purged literally everything from before a certain date because he didn't want to deal with the game of hide and seek google was playing. They kept finding random stuff from years ago that was "inappropriate" and flagged SP for it.

It only applied to certain forums.

Not true. It deleted other threads in that subforum. I'm inclined to believe it excluded stickied threads.
