    So the new mage revamp brought along something PvP related...



    I wonder what this new Hardcore mode is?

    Recently, the skill tables have incorporated cooldowns and other weird values that are very similar to PvP skill tables (but it doesn't actually apply in PvE).

    I wonder what we have in store...

    I guess phantoms become above god tier, as their resurrection doesnt affect buffs or gameplay at all.

    I mean, Bishops can heal for 50-60% of their HP in PvP, so they're pretty much "God Tier" if "Hardcore Mode" is a 1 life deal.
    They essentially have a 2nd life.

    Judging from the picture, I feel like it'll be 1v1 PvP. I mean, the other mode pictures are somewhat insightful to what goes on in their modes.

    phantoms can have heal, combo, rapid fire and resurrect

    I'm interested in seeing how phantoms play out in pvp.
    PvP focused phantoms will need to have different skills stolen than PvE phantoms.

    There's only 2 Maplers in the image, which implies some sort of 1v1. If you've seen the FFA and Team Battle images, they give a clear indication of what the modes are about.

    Also, inb4 Phantoms can't use stolen skills in PvP.

    It will steal a random skill from a random player within range with 20 second cooldown. :P

    Eh, that seems a lot like magic steal which all thieves have in PvP anyway. Well, except you being able to use it with all skills.

    Heal won't do pomegranate for Phantom and They can omit ressurect for a more useful skill. Besides they have a 3rd job skill that prevents death.

    That's what he was talking about, using the actual skill "ressurection" would be stupid in pvp.
    And why wouldn't heal help?

    Because Heal is normally pomegranate on Phantoms because it's based on Magic Attack and Int, which a Phantom has a paucity of.
