All that defense is still useless at the many new bosses that ignore all defense with 1hit ko attacks. They need to severely reduce the cooldown of Sancosant to make any difference.

Or make defense pineappleing useful at bosses like they should have been in the first place.
Those moves don't even activate divine shield either, let alone have it guard said attacks.
My saint saver is getting hit by poison DoT at vellum for divine shield when i don't have the equipment to do max. I think that is really stupid.

Can anyone explain the following?
Blast: The attack speed has been greatly improved, and the effects have been simplified. First off,
the effect can be stacked on top of the Hero's Incising, which changes the effect's colour.

Effect's colour?
Incising is a new skill. Using it provides a damage boost debuff. Blast's debuff will stack with the incising debuff and in that situation the color of it will change to let you know it stacked.
Is how i understand it.

I thought the charges were affecting it's colour. Not just that one skill.

Oh yeah the multiplier would easily tip the scale into the realm of complete balance.

It's 1.32, so 2H Sword, Axe, and BW are naturally 10% stronger than 1H Sword, Axe, and BW by means of multiplier, but the 1H versions are 1 step faster than 2H, which is potentially a +10% damage bonus (you lose this advantage when both reach the speed cap though), so, they basically cancel each other out. i'll assume that's sarcasm. but they're still very well balanced looking at iamfear's post (better than other classes with two weapons at least) and i know how impossibly hard it is to get, but having a DSI+aswan line on your pally would mean that a 2h would be better than a shield (assumming someone funded, with over 200 attack, let's not even go into tyrant gear funded)
so it boils down to "what you find easier, getting a shield and a DSI line, or getting DSI and aswan lines?"
(i'm aware of new aswan before anyone says a thing.

I think I'm more amazed by the creativity the KMS team has started to shown in the past couple revamps. Like, it's actually a revamp and not just some percentage increases. Wonder if their team was replaced or they just hired some new guys that actually knew what the players wanted. Hell, the Rosario triggering Shield Mastery was in the rant, complaint letter someone posted a couple days ago. :f3:

No, it was changed to 1.34 at some point down the line. Also, I thought +1 attack speed was only ~8% increase in DPS? Regardless, I think 2h have the edge now for the funded and unfunded.
