FM tax question

So is the % of tax determined by the price of the individual item or the final price?

For example, I'm selling scrolls for 1m each. If someone buys 10 would it be taxed for 0.9% or 2%?

.9%, pretty sure.

It's based on total price if they buy 10 in one shot, so 2%.
