Are the grape pendants/watermelon whatevers/pig belt, etc. Permanent? Or are they 30 days only? I recall them being 30 days only for some reason.

They are all permanent items.
Everything in the shop, to my knowledge, is permanent.

As long as you have an item in the slot they equip into, it'll tell you if something expires.
It's probably a bug of some sort that you don't otherwise get that info.
