There has been no official word from Nexon NA on this. We did not get Flames when we were "supposed" to, in the order of KMS patches. Will we ever? Your guess is as good as anyone else's.
It's a big part of being a Master Jewelist. If GMS decides to not add it in "Flames" then o_0 I don't even know.
it would suck to be left with only the ability to upgrade rings like the arkairium rings and that ugly looking gold ring
