Pirate adventure book act 3

So i reached lvl 60 lately and i skip the quest dialog by mistake and now i cant find Tess, Does anyone know where i can find him?

On my X-bowman, he was in athena pierce's home(bow chika wow wow). I assume that he is in the advancement building of whatever class you chose. (so thief would be in the fusion jazz bar, etc)

If you look at key settings and hotkey the "Episode" key, you can open up the Explorer book and follow the Explorer questline from there.

Yea i know that but it doesnt tell me where he is...
