10 win IP Boost for NA players on account of downtime

I'm going to laugh so hard if logging onto the client counts for the 10 win IP boost.

I'm pretty sure all NA players get it.

I'd laugh if they gave euw players the boost too, just 'cos.

EUW players are getting an IP boost, although I don't remember hearing about them having downtime.

10 wins. It isn't an x days thing. 10 win IP boosts usually last 2 weeks for me. lol.

I don't know when I'm getting stable internet again, so I didn't know if they had a time limit on them on top of the 10 wins.

Wanna use them in pvp games but I can't pvp with this internet. I lag too much before my ping hits 5k and I DC.

i still have the one from the last time eu got compensation.
