I noticed when flipping through my smithing window that you could make the dragonic version of the DRPQ cane. But when you look at the cane, it doesn't say specifically that only tablets can be used on it while the other dragonics do.
Does this mean we can regularly scroll the dragonic cane? It's a pretty nice cane and has 5% critical on it (and 20% damage to some random monster type).
