Dear Players
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the Credit Card payment method for NX credit Purchases. This issue has resulted in some customers who used the payment option not receiving the NX they paid for.
We have been investigating this issue, and we will be suspending this payment method until it is fixed. The Credit Card payment option will be re-enabled later today.
For players who purchased NX but haven't yet received it, customer service will be contacting you shortly to ensure you get your NX as soon as possible.
We apologize for this inconvenience.
