Gaga xform is what everyone gets and a random 3 day mount.
I got a chicken mount and other various mounts on 8 differ accounts.
I believe it's random mount + Gaga pot
Is the mount tradeable?

You get a random temporary mount. I got an 1-aligator (FML.) and gagapotion, a friend of mine got a 7-day spiegelmann-balloon.
