It says "Add Stats per Character Level". How exactly does it add?
It also says "weapon attack: 1.0 x 70" What is this? How about the weapon attack above that? That is just so confusing.

The 11th Anniversary weapons are a new type of equipment called Custom Equipment. These items gain stats based on your level (until a certain level) and are treated as a different level when scrolled, enhanced, or potentialed.Quote:
