This is the result of opening 100+ calculators in Windows 7.
I was bored and decided to see how many I could run at once without the system slowing to a crawl. End result: This mess! After around 3 straight minutes of digital seizures and explorer.exe crashes.

Windows+C or something opens a calculator, and I accidentally got those keys stuck once.
