Cursor Lags, On Maple Only.
Hey guys its been happening a few days now and i can't maple with this lag. I googled and researched online with similar conflict, apparently nobody has this problem besides me. I cannot reformat pc because of a few reasons(hard to explain) and is low on budget for a new pc. With a limited computer software knowledge, I'm desperately seeking for help/advices/solutions asap to amend this problem.
Problem:
-Maple lags when ever i move the cursor.
-(Only) happens on maple// Web Browsing // Video Streaming// is completely normal.
-Moving the character there is no lag, only when moving mouse.
Applied Possible Solutions(but still lags):
-Replaced new mouse
-Reinstalled Maple
-No virus
-Plenty of free GB
-Good graphics card
-Set'd Maplestory under high priority on tskmanager.
-Set'd BlackCipher.aes under low priority on taskmanager.

i actually had this glitch before. but never had a permanent fix for it. the only temporary fix I had to go through was restart the game till cursor stopped lagging.

Restart the game?!?! How many times did you do it until the lag went away? Do you know what caused it?

sorry no idea what caused it. The only thing i can say is it happened exclusively on my old 2004/2005 desktop computer a few years back. it just takes a game restart generally to fix. usually 1 but occasionally more than 1
