Dragon Lord

I keep seeing a notice that the DRAGON LORD is being summoned at Mushroom Shrine but have yet to find one. Anyone have any luck finding him yet?

Isn't that the Gacha event where you collect chocolates/dragon balls from Gacha and once you have all 9, you can summon it for a selection of boxes?

It's a hack in case you didn't know.

Wasnt aware it was a hack/exploit. just thought I hadnt read about it in notes or something. I will stay away, thank you.
