When I logged onto my Nexon account a little while ago, it told me my account was locked due to 'suspicious activity'.
I go onto my email to try and unlock my account but whenever I try to reset my PW I get a message saying
"Your verification link was not recognised. Please try again"
I then reset my PW the normal way but my account is still deactivated when I logon to it
I also updated my security questions just fine but I cant access anything other than my account settings, including sending a ticket.
Has anyone ever had this problem before and/or knows how to fix it?
