Optimal Combination for Character Deck Card System for bossing
From my understanding there are 2 decks.
Well basically, my rationale was to have a balance of damage and survivability.
Deck 1
1. Demon Slayer - reduces status
2. Paladin - increases damage
3. DK - 5% hp
3 Warriors bonus - adds 10% hp
Deck 2 - Not too sure
1. Marksman - adds to crit
2. Bam - reduces damage
3.Bucc - adds damage?
Are there others better combination out there?

the 3 warrior bonus adds 10% of your HP to damage i think, if you really want damage i'd recommend 2 buccs, top one can be something like bucc/pally/drk and you get the adventurer bonus, bottom one can be bucc/bam/something (maybe another pally?)

Try getting the triple pirate and triple adventurer bonus with a cannoneer, captain, buccaneer. 6% pdr ignore if you have one of them as an S card (triple pirate bonus) and 8% if one of them is 200.
SSS bonus is atk, stats, and 3% boss damage. triple adventurer is +7 allstat.

Indeed it is.
10% of your BASE HP is added to your damage range.

i thought you could make 6 warriors and stack the 10% hp effect? giving you 20%?

So basically the ideal case would be
Deck 1 - 1 of them level 200 with the rest level 120
1. Demon Slayer - reduces status
2. Paladin - increases damage
3. level 120 bucc #1 - increases dmg
3 Warriors bonus - adds 10% hp
Deck 2 - With 1 of them level 200 and the others level 120
1. Marksman - adds to crit
2. Dk - 5% hp / lvl 120 Paladin #2
3. level 120 Bucc #2 - adds damage?
Alternative Deck 2 - If soloing Empress using Phantom
1. Evan - lvl 120
2. Aran - lvl 120
3. Bucc - lvl 120

Because Buccaneers are definitely Warriors.

Forgot that bucc is a pirate... Anyway the optimal thing is really scewy.

Again, you need TWO level 200s to get the "SS Rank" set bonus.
It's "Majority rule".

Bucc's bonus at 4th job is 4*level to damage range, right? So it's more damage than the warrior set on characters who gain less than 40 base hp per level.
I think I'm sticking to 3 warriors + 3 adventurers sets cause I can form S-ranks with my current characters. (Aran, DW, DS + Paladin, Dragon Knight, Outlaw) If Jett turns out to be a Pirate and eligible I might get the 3 pirate one.

I'll just be going for the pirate sets.
Deck 1: Corsair / Mechanic / Buccaneer
Deck 2: Mechanic / Buccaneer / Jett (Assuming it's eligible, otherwise I'll just throw in my Cannon Shooter)
Deck 1 will give me the level 200 bonus since my Sair and Mechanic will be lvl 200 some day. 14% ignore PDR total, extra damage from the Buccaneers, extra buff duration from the Mechanics, and extra summon duration from the Corsair. If Jett is eligible, it'll probably give the same bonus as Corsairs since everything else is copy-pasted from them anyways. :f3:

For a Marksman, I'm assuming the 10% HP to damage bonus would be pretty weak compared to others. So I was thinking, CS/Bucc/Sair for Adventurer and Pirate bonus, and MM/BaM/?Pally? for the other effects... I'm not quite sure what pally bonus does so if someone could inform me, that'd be good.
