Is the a NPC Shop that sells Lv. 70 Weapons?

Title.

Leafre sells Lv. 70 Armor, but I can't find a weapon Shop. Is there a shop that sells Lv. 70 weapons? Not Renegade ones.

I'm pretty sure the weapon shop in Ariant sells lvl 70 weapons.

I checked, it does. So do Herb Town and Mu Lung.

Wow, i never noticed that shops went past lv40 stuff. Not that is really that big of a deal, most events give equips up to lv70, and it is easy to make equips up to lv90.
