We sincerely apologize for the connection issues you may have experienced last week in addition to the unscheduled maintenances on May 21 and 22. As a token of our appreciation for your patience, we would like to offer you the following compensation. Please see below for details:

We are extending the end date for Festival Maple Leaf items to drop from monsters. The new end date is June 9, 2015 11:59 PM (Pacific).

The current Festival Maple Leaf Exchange will continue until 11:59 PM (Pacific) on June 2, 2015, after which there will be a temporary downtime.
Beginning June 3, 2015 after the maintenance, the Festival Maple Leaf Exchange will re-open and remain open until June 9, 2015 11:59 PM (Pacific). However, you will need to speak with NPC Cassandra in the Event Hall to exchange your Festival Maple Leaf items for 10th Anniversary Coins.
We are extending the times for this weekend�s 2x EXP & Drop event:

Saturday, May 30 - Sunday, May 31, 2015
Pacific: 12 AM � 5 AM & 2 PM � 7 PM
Eastern: 3 AM � 8 AM & 5 PM � 10 PM
We are giving all accounts a special gift. Login on this weekend to receive the following items:

Login with a character Lv. 30 or above and click the gift box icon on the left side of the game window to receive your items.
