Something tells me they were going to add Jetts skills so they can activate the sigils, but looks like someone forgot to save.

I think @Arrol; got it right.
Since all reactors now respond to all skills as if they were regular attack, whatever special scripts GMS has for those sigils now think you are using regular attack.
