Just finished an RLH run, and this dropped from the last boss. What is it?

Look for a "magic wheel" key on your keyboard. Press that, drop the token on the window that opens, and press "start".

The regular wheel gives mostly crappy use and ect rewards, with a few nice ones occasionally. The ones that cost nx (2k and 2.5k) give very good rewards.
