Getting Tot's Know-How Chair?

Do you need to complete all the "quests" for it? One of those quests requires me to use a VIP coupon, but it doesn't work on my Android and I don't want to change my Royal Hair to VIP.:f4:

In the other thread someone quoted Waltzing saying the quest will complete when the hair coupon expires, even if you don't use it.

I got it by accident. Opened the Tot's Know-How UI for the first time about 10 minutes ago and clicked the little present box icon and it gave me the level 10-60 equip boxes and the chair:

^ Gonna go out on a limb and assume that this glitch only affects Dual Blades. Mine got the chair+medal for doing nothing as well. He also doesn't seem to receive any of the "Replay" quests, so. . . .
