Nexon posted a patch for GMS version 120 upgrade to version 121.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin creating your pre-patcher now.
Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!

I guess that those of us used to pre-patching haven't been able to do a thing. I'm just wondering if it might be a possible change in encryption.
I guess I'm not the only one stuck at "2/2 Checking Files" then.

Apologies for the double post.
Open up your patch file in a hex editor and read the int32_t at offset 12. It should be 0x2B0F8725. That's the patch file I have. This int32_t is the CRC for the zlib block that follows.
Maybe its the time we downloaded it and/or Nexon was still updating the patch file data, but I went and re downloaded the patch again and it seems to go through now -shrugs-. I downloaded it a few mins after this thread came out and it failed.
