weapon speed and delay

I just wanted to ask how much does each weapon speed decrease delay. For example, kaiser gigaslasher is 720ms normal so what is the delay for it in faster(2). Is there a uniform formula for it?

I believe its -30ms for every speed you are under normal(6). and +30ms for every speed lvl above it.

(x+10)/16 iirc rounded to the highest 30 multiplier. x being the weapon speed.

Rounded to the highest 30 multiplier? What does that mean? Is that just normal rounding or rounding up?

For example, with a speed of 4 and a delay of 3030, would I round to 2640 or 2670?

Its if you have a speed delay of 3001 which is not a multiple of 30. It will round up to 2670. It will always round up.

I don't really understand what that means, so what would the delay be on giga on faster(3). that formula, what is that for?

calculate the formula doing what i said, then just multiply it by the normal 6 delay of the skill.

the formula is to know the delay speed of any and all skills.
