I've been using Skype primarily, but this would be a good idea too. Don't know any offhand.
I'm on the Reddit mumble frequently in my friend's channel. Tons of rooms to pick from so always going to be a free one out there somewhere even on the busiest days.
Reddit Mumble works fine. That is, assuming it's the one with all the LoL themed rooms in it xD
