Black Friday Dragon Scale Credit Policy
Due to the random nature of Premium Rein Boxes and Premium Wing Boxes, we cannot guarantee that characters who open multiple boxes will not get duplicates of the same item. For these items (Premium Rein Box and Premium Wing Box) only, we will be offering full credit, in the form of Dragon Scales, if characters receive duplicate Mounts or Wings. We will also honor this full credit return if a character receives a duplicate item due to having one already in possession prior to the release of the Premium Rein Box and Premium Wing Box.
To be eligible for a Dragon Scale credit, you must meet the following criteria:
1. A
CHARACTER must have duplicate items. Duplicate items are considered on a
PER CHARACTER basis.
2. The duplicate item in question MUST have been obtained from the Premium Rein Box or the Premium Wing Box during their promotional period.
3. Due to potential fraud issues, we cannot offer Dragon Scale credit for duplicate items from Premium Rein and Premium Wing Boxes that are received via the Gift System.
Qualifying characters will see the following happen:
1. The duplicate item (Mount or Wing) will be removed from the account.
2. The corresponding cost of the Premium Rein Box and Premium Wing Box will be credited to the account in the form of Dragon Scales: 25,000 for mounts, and 15,000 for wings.
Requesting Dragon Scale Credit
To request a Dragon Scale credit due to duplicate items from the Premium Rein Box or Premium Wing Box, you will need to file a customer support ticket. Requests for Dragon Scale credit will be accepted beginning
Monday, December 1 at 00:00:00 PST. The last day you may submit a ticket for Dragon Scale credit will be
Sunday, December 14 at 23:59:59 PST.

You do not need to create a ticket for each duplicate item. In fact, it will expedite your full Dragon Scale credit if you include each duplicate item (and the character that received the duplicate) you obtained during the sale.

Q: I have two Fatal Red Wings I acquired previously from Dragon Eggs and got one from the Premium Wing Box – three total. Can I get credit for two wings?
A: Unfortunately, we are only offering credit for the wing you received from the Premium Wing Box. In this case, one Fatal Red Wing will be deleted from your character and your account will be credited 15,000 Dragon Scales.
Q: I have a Black Dire Wolf Mount on my Assassin from the Seven Deadly Sins event, but I also got one from the Premium Rein Box. Can I get credit for a duplicate?
A: Yes! Your account will be credited 25,000 Dragon Scales.
Q: I have the Angel Sheep Mount on my Warrior and got one from the Premium Rein Box on my Kali. Can I get credit for the Kali’s Angel Sheep Mount?
A: No. We are offering the credit on a per-character basis – because the mount you received is not on the same character, we cannot offer Dragon Scale credit.
Q: Darn it! I got three Red Alpacas on my Tinkerer from the Premium Rein Box! How many Dragon Scales can I be credited?
A: You can be credited 50,000 Dragon Scales; 25,000 each for the two extra Red Alpacas you received.
