We are sorry for the delay in notification but we have been experiencing a high volume of tickets and abuse issues, something we are working getting managed. However you agreed to our Acceptable Use Policy during sign up, which stated, "Depending on the severity of the violation, we may, at our sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate Your account and/or pursue other legal remedies."
We are also working on our resource allocation and upgrading our hardware so that situations were one VPS affecting another will not happen.
We are sorry that currently you are not a happy customer so please let us know if there is anything we can help you with.
