Have no clue what some of these items do? Here's a brief rundown for the cash shop newbies!

Super Miracle Cube: Super Miracle Cubes have a chance to raise Unique potential tier equipment to the new Legendary potential tier! Once your items reach the Legendary potential tier, only Super Miracle Cubes can be used on them to reset their stats. They also perform the function of resetting potential stats on revealed potential items like regular Miracle Cubes, but they have a greater chance to raise an item's potential tier than regular Miracle Cubes.
Miracle Cube: Miracle Cubes are used to reset revealed Potential stats on equipment items. Items with Potential are only available as drops from monsters, if a Potential Scroll or Tim's Secret Lab has been used on a normal item, or if items with Potential are fused. Each Miracle Cube can only be used once. This item can be found in the Game section under the Etc. tab in the Cash Shop. As a bonus, you will receive a Miracle Cube Fragment in the Use tab of your item inventory. After you collect five of these, double-click them to obtain a Potential Scroll, or combine ten to earn an Advanced Potential Scroll.
Premium Miracle Cube: Reset the potential stats on Rare, Epic, and Unique items. Has a higher chance to add an extra potential to an item than a regular Miracle Cube. Three lines of potentials is the maximum.
Platinum Scissors of Karma: Platinum Scissors of Karma allow you to trade certain untradeable items one time. All untradeable items that these can be used on will say so in orange text in their item description. A list of items you have that these can be used on will also be displayed when you hover your mouse cursor over the Platinum Scissors of Karma in the Cash Shop. The Platinum Scissors of Karma cannot be used on items on which regular Scissors of Karma can be used. Each Scissors of Karma can only be used once. They can be found in the Store section under the Etc. tab in the Cash Shop.
The Owl of Minerva: The Owl of Minerva lets you seach all items currently being sold in Free Market shops in your world. Each Owl of Minerva can only be used once. It can be found in the Store section under the Etc. tab in the Cash Shop.
Item Megaphone: Advertise or show off an item to your world. Your message will appear in the chat log of everyone currently logged in to your world.
Super Megaphone: Shout to everybody in the world that your characters in.
Wheel of Destiny: This item revives your character on the same map that it had died in, instead of the nearest town. Comes in handy when you are participating in a boss raid or training in a remote map.
VIP Teleport Rock: This teleport rock enables one to teleport between continents. You can remember certain maps by adding them to a list, up to 10 maps at a time. You can also teleport to a specific character in the same channel with this marvelos rock.
Safety Charm: When this is in your inventory, it prevents you from losing EXP when your character dies. A must if you are participating in a boss raid.
Loveholic Messenger: Shout to everybody in your world. Your avatar will appear on the upper right side with the lovely heart background.
