Well i was on vacation for a month now and i came back to find the tempest shops removed..... ive saved up to 800 to buy stuff when i came back..... will it be coming back? :(

Sorry, but your coins are wasted.
They never bring these shops back. There may be future shops with similar or improved items, but they will use different coins. Should have spent them when the shop was open.
