The following Events, Sales, and Promotions are running:

- Halloween Rock Paper Scissors Event: Thursday, October 15th, After Maintenance - Thursday, October 29th, Before Maintenance
- Playful Puzzle Returns!: Thursday, September 24th, After Maintenance - Thursday, December 24th, Before Maintenance
- Magical Halloween Loot-o'-Lantern: Thursday, October 15th, After Maintenance - Thursday, November 12th, Before Maintenance
- Deep Sea Merfolk Fishbowl: Thursday, September 24th, After Maintenance - Thursday, October 22nd, Before Maintenance
The following updates have been made to the game:
- The mailbox text limit has been increased from 150 characters to 300 characters.
- You can now choose which seat you want to sit at when sitting on a homestead prop that has seating for more than 2 people.
The following bug fixes and changes have been made to the game:
- Fixed multiple typos in the quest, "A Heavy Promise".
- Fixed multiple typos in the quest, "A Kingdom Ablaze".
- Fixed multiple typos in the quest, "Stalemate".
- Fixed multiple typos in the quest, "Things that go Bump in the Night".
- Fixed multiple typos in the quest, "Moonlight of Death".
- Fixed multiple typos in the quest, "The Final Letter".
- Fixed a typo in the dialogue of the shadow mission, "Lullaby of the Abyss".
- Fixed a typo in the dialogue with Marleid during the quest "Shadow of Terror."
- Fixed a grammar issue in the quest "When the Desert Cools."
- Fixed a typo in the quest dialogue for the quest, "The Impact of a Leaf".
- Fixed an issue with the player character holding the item Cup o' Joe incorrectly with a closed fist.
- Fixed pluralization inconsistency for Delicious Meal in the rewards section for Pet Expedition missions.
- Fixed an issue with the expiration highlights for items in Pet and Partner inventories.
- Fixed an issue with the pop-up UI message header changing it from OK to Notice when listing or bidding in the Auction House.
- Fixed an issue with the gold and ducats bar alignment in the main inventory.
- Fixed an issue with some mail having cutoff text in mail sent by Erinn Residents that were invited to a Spirit Campfire.
- Fixed an issue with untranslated text when using the Libra Starbright Potion and completing a shadow mission.
- Fixed an issue where Fleta would retrieve multiple Empty Treasure Chests in the "Fleta's Chore" questline.
- Fixed an issue where you could not do the Special Dance gesture by typing out the command.
- Fixed an issue where the following crossover items would preview in random colors in the Dressing Room.

- Kirito SAO Outfit
- Heathcliff SAO Armor
- Serval Outfit (F)
- Caracal Gloves (F)
The following are known bugs:
- The thread effects for the Puppetry and Gunslinger skills do not appear properly.
- The Large Ladle weapon will display as the same item color as the equipped item in the other hand.
- Cash items purchased with NX Credit will require you to try and claim the items twice before it moves into your inventory.
- Incorrect Onlooking Guard Spirit spawns in the third room of the Dynamic Lands dungeon.
- Slight effects issues with White-Crested Sage's Eyes, Sage's Eye, Forlorn Eyes (Teary-Eyed), Awakened Eyes (Frenzied Red), and Eyes of Madness (Explosive Blue).
- Minor graphical issues with Soldier's Combat Raincoat.
- There is a known issue where characters can no longer "queue" gathering actions.
- The Lucky Beast Doll Bag and Far Darrig Doll Bag's +10 Luck effects don't stack with each other.
- Using the Golden Supplement can sometimes cause a pet to receive negative EXP on the pet's EXP bar.
- There are minor graphical issues when holding any of the 4 lantern weapons.
- There are minor graphical issues when wearing the Autumnal Outfits:
- If you are a female Giant, there is a slight clipping of the hands during the special outfit animation.
- If you are a female character, there is clipping of the wrist texture when wearing the Autumnal gloves.
- If you are a female character, the Autumnal outfit will clip at the bottom when holding a Cup o' Joe.
- If you are a male Human or Elf, sitting in a chair while wearing the Autumnal outfit will cause the chair to sink lower than with other outfits.
- If you are a male character, the Autumnal outfit animation will have a slight blinking issue near the bottom pockets.
- If you are a male character, there will be a slight cutoff of the hair texture when you wear a wig with the outfit.
- If a character is equipped with an umbrella item and uses the Jump action, the character's mouth with display as a smile until you change channels or log out.
