Are there any Monsters below Lv. 100 that drop Angelic Blessing Recipes?

I just made it to Lv. 70, and I'm thinking about farming for them and selling them in the FM.

Last I checked, Basil's drop info was wildly out of date. Has it been updated since earlier this summer?

Triple Rumo is the only thing thats farmable below 100 Iirc.

We have never had drop rate numbers available to us. It is server sided.
