Nexon posted a patch for JMS version 310 upgrade to version 311.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin creating your pre-patcher now.
Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!

Actually looking at the last patch that was released (3.10, Root Abyss), a comment by @Link; suggests that Hyper Skills for all jobs aren't available yet, similar to what happened in GMS.
This definitely seems like a Hyper Skill patch to me. We'll see!

Let me steal that .gif from you if you're right about Kanna and Hayato Hypers, I still want them dammit! But yes, we shall see.

Going by the Maple Road preview we got, we're getting the same patch GMS did a few weeks ago.
It most likely will not include Kanna or Hayato Hypers. Starting to side with Link on this one with them never getting them.

Why would they never get them?
If they could create hyper skills for the 32 classes we already have, I doubt they would leave 3 classes without Hyper Skills regardless of whether they are in KMS are not, since KMS created all the exclusive classes anyway, it's not that much of a stretch to imagine they could create their hyper skills.

If number 3 is Jett, I wouldn't hold my hopes too high. a best she will get a mashup of Buccaneer and Corsair hypers with reskined effects. Same for DrW.

That's what I was expecting anyway. They really only have to design hyper skills for 2 classes, since they could just use the Corsair hypers as you mentioned for Jett.
It really would be absolutely retarded if they never made hyper skills for them, and would defeat the point of the exclusive classes entirely. They would be nowhere near the power level of the other classes and would just be gimmicks.

IF Kanna and Hayato don't get hypers I would quit my Kanna honestly. Though I dobut that will happen seeing as the Hyper button is in their skill window.(That could just be standard for every class but w.e) Maybe they're going to revamp them to post Tempest status who knows.

Try again after the patch goes live on the servers. We've noticed that Nexon JP likes to repost their patches with differences, it's really weird. One time I downloaded a patch early, installed it, and then when I attempted to play the game wanted to redownload the patch (almost identical in size) and the game was unable to patch itself. I had to reinstall the client. I can only assume that the patch was changed and the updater thought I was still on the old game version.

Uni confirmed it. All classes except Hayato and Kanna will be receiving Hyper Skills with this update. All classes will be available for creation after this update, with the exception of Hayato and Kanna.
In addition, we're getting Monster Park Extreme, the Evolving World system, Dimension Invade, the Additional Potential changes, and the skill changes for Paladin, Bow Master, Cross Bow Master, Shadower, Cannon Shooter, Demon Slayer, Mechanic, Luminous, and Kaiser as well as several events.

Not Additional Options. What does GMS call it? Secondary Potential? Those extra lines of potential that show up under potential stats.
