I remember you mentioned somewhere it won't be possible to get a line like Weapon Speed on other than the first line. Does that mean we'll be able to get it on whatever line post revamp?

Nexon is retarded, and I've only kept locking the first line so yeah but I doubt that only one line is legendary and if so then pineapple this IA update even more.
