I'm specifically looking for the level 80 thief hat, and don't want to waste my runes. I won't be too surprised if it doesn't go lower than 100 since that's the prequest requirement...

@Mandalay; I've gotten Pireta hats from the Sakura Castle boxes after defeating Castellan, but I don't know if you can get the Dark equips from those. I think I got a green one.

to clarify, basically all items are 100, except for the very specific mage overalls and mage clothes that are slightly off leveled(98 for the varuna)
