For decent skills, when in PvP do I have to bind it to a quickslot or does any key work? And can I put it on a macro? And what happens if I change the hotkey? Thanks.

you just have to unequip the item, that's it. the skill stays in your skill window for you to place/move anywhere you want as many times you want
