We appreciate your patience and understanding while we looked into these issues and discussed a plan that you, our players, would be happy with. We also thank you all for the passionate feedback about this topic and hope you continue to enjoy your experience with our game.

It all depends on whether Kishin's "a little closer" respawn time will be at least as good as Monolith's. If it's not, then this step by Nexon is not enough, in my eyes. It's just an attempt to placate us, until the next Philosopher's Book sale.

At this point, I wouldn't trust them to mean it. I'm gonna need a bit more show than tell now. If Kishin became as good as a Frenzy Totem, I might be inclined to believe that they're actually trying. Hell, a part of me still thinks this is just a ploy for them to go "Hey guys, look! We do listen to you!"

Just papering over cracks it's not going back to how it was and what everyone was used to for a long time, not like it matters many already quit because of this fiasco.

Obviously I wouldn't believe a word of it.
But even fake remorse is better than this grudging, "Fine, you spoiled, entitled crybabies. We'll let you have some of your candy back, even though by rights you shouldn't have any."
And I agree with you this (as well as the Meso Sack thing) seems a lot like Trump's negotiating tactics. First they do something horrible, then they take half of it back, and the stupid suckers of the community consider that "a win."

It's sort of a victory. Really the only thing I care about when it came to Kishin was the spawn rate being reduced for maps until server resets. I'm pretty sure they're not going to re-implement that glitch so what we're left with is Kanna mules being more of a commodity. At least this Frenzy Totem drama bit them in the ass.
