Save it till you're 120 so you have a chance to get better effects from it.

when i was level 15 i went from 1 dex 1 str 1 watt to 1 dex.

If you're level 120, the link skill can give you a random amount of STR, Dex, Int, and Luk, and Wep/Magic attack that can range from 1-20, and the number changes every 24 hours.
You can use the dust to change the values now instead of waiting the full 24 hours. And there is also a dust that extends the time it resets to 7 days.

I used a star dust cause my bonuses were crap anyway, and they are 1 per slot. Ended up increasing int, dex, and luk by 2.
