Dear Maplers,

We know many of you have experienced difficulties playing MapleStory this week due to the recent denial-of-service, or DDoS, attacks. To compensate for your lost play time, well be running 2x EXP and 2x Drop events this weekend, from Friday to Sunday.

-When-Friday, March 9, 2012 - Sunday, March 11, 2012
Pacific: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM each day
Eastern: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM each day

Seriously? 6 hours a day for 3 days?
They must have really been itching for an excuse to give us some 2x and get people playing again. That DDoS episode wasn't that bad.

This doesn't compensate for my lost play time.

Wooh! And excuse to do something on maple.

2x drop might motivate me to go back to hunting those Fire thingies on the Ultra Greys. It's a shame it starts so late in the night for me.
