Does Diligence Bonus (10%) Stack With Vega Spell 60% (90%) & Making It 100%?

I was seriously going to ask this exact same question tonight. Specifically, does anyone know if diligence stacks with the 10% Clean Slates from the bounty hunter event?

It stacks with every normal scroll except the pink ones. Every scroll that does something other than adding a set amount of stats is excluded, meaning no chaos, pot, enhance, innocence or clean scrolls etc.

AFAIK, 15% scrolls like armor ATT and stuff also work with Diligence since it fits the same criteria.
