Character Rankings and Game Launch

For some reason none of my characters are in the rankings or whatever. Basically every time a make or delete a character in game it is updated on maplestory.nexon.net but when i level up my characters they arent updated (My 57 demonslayer still says level 10) so yeah i dont now whats wrong. Also i have WAY to many problems when starting up the game i get two of the same erors more often then not saying i either disconnected from the login server (usually happens at the orange mushroom loading screen) and another error saying something about it couldnt find the name of the document so please help.

BTW. im new to the game so yeah
