Most likely yeah. Since its 14MB and just a major patch was released in KMS.

I'm guessing a new launcher trailer or some new content will show, hinting towards something more.

Looks like some changed DB data. I'm not sure if this is backported data or new data, but an extraction is on the way just to have a looksee.
