is it possible to be as NX players?

many people say its pay 2 win.....

but is it possible that someone who dont spend much money be as strong as someone who does?
or is it impossible?

It's not impossible... but it requires you to turn this game into a second job by farming event items and merching to get ahead.

but simply put, not really. It would be cheaper to buy your way to the top. The number of hours you would spend trying to do it would far exceed the number of hours you'd need to work minimum wage to earn the money to buy your power.
