I'm not really sure what you are trying to say here to be honest.

It's a recording of a live stream they did of an internal GM Test Server. "They" refers to the people who are watching and commenting through out, as in, Maple players, not GMs. I'm pretty sure he really didn't mean he was weak, it's just something you say when people say that about you.
